Commercial and Residential Snow Removal Contracts
Peters Lawn Service has provided year-round service for over 20 years. Our familiarity with your site, on-the-job experience, and professional equipment allows for on-time, efficient snow removal service. We offer seasonal contracts with flexible arrangements for snow removal and ice management.
Snow Plowing
Peters Lawn Service provides seasonal contracts for snow plowing. Flexible arrangements can be made for seasonal service (5 months) or on a per time basis. We specialize in small to medium sized commercial/retail parking lots, senior living facilities, townhome associations and residential driveways.
Our trucks are equipped with v-plows for efficient plowing and straight blade c-plows for efficient back dragging. We also operate blades on a Bobcat Toolcat 5600 and a Bobcat S550 skid loader. Priority is given to our lawn care and snow contract customers.
Snow Blowing
Peters Lawn service has been specializing in snow blowing service for 20 years. Our original snow removal service consisted of snowblowing equipment only. Our priority in snowblowing equipment allows for very efficient snow removal service.
Our snowblowing equipment includes a 66 inch snowblower on a Bobcat Toolcat 5600. This is an all wheel steer machine that has the power to never stop working and is nimble enough to fit in the tightest of locations. We also operate a Kubota B3030 Tractor with a 60 inch snowblower. These snowblowers efficiently clear snow from boulevard sidewalks to driveways to parking areas.
By blowing the snow, we are able to greatly reduce the piles that would be created by plowing or bucketing. This is most effective in townhome associations where space is limited. Our snowblowers can also move piles created from our snowplows, eliminating the need for hauling snow in many situations.
We also own and operate over 6 walkbehind snowblowers that are used for entryway sidewalks on townhome associations and residential homes.
Ice Management
Peters Lawn Service provides ice melt services for its contracted customers. Our seasonal contracts create flexible arrangements for planned service or on-call service.
We use a variety of ice melt options for each situation:
- Magnesium Chloride for environmentally safe ice melting on concrete walks and driveways
- Rock salt for large scale de-icing
- Rock/sand mix for extreme cold and ice
Roof Raking
In the most extreme winter conditions, roof raking becomes an important part of managing snow and ice. Peters Lawn Service provides this service with priority given to lawn and snow contract customers.
